Online interview

Trackwise Support Engineer will join the team responsible for ensuring the interrupted functioning of the Trackwise application in the life science company.

This position predicts 1/4 FTE engagement remotely.


Our expectations:

  • Strong proficiency with tools: Trackwise, Jira, Confluence
  • Experience in business stakeholder management
  • Ability to work effectively with support teams and service vendors
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to efficiently manage tickets
  • Proficiency in English



Key tasks:

  • Process tickets within 1st and 2nd level support
  • Knowledge of Trackwise application and its architecture
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Support team
  • Coordinate with external vendors to resolve issues quickly
  • Manage and track tickets using Jira and Trackwise
  • Create and update documentation in Confluence
  • Maintain regular communication with business stakeholders to ensure continuous support
