Project for our client in the lottery industry. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and troubleshooting IT systems and solutions for businesses.
Our expectations:
Experience in Microsoft modern management
Microsoft Certifications (MCSE) or equivalent certification in relevant programs desired
General knowledge of Windows Server (2008 – 2019) and Microsoft Application Servers and technologies
General knowledge about Group Policy design and configuration, also about Microsoft 365/Office 365/ Azure/ Intune expertise (MS Cloud) with all services required
A solid understanding of core networking, operating systems and troubleshooting concepts
Ability to use scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation tasks
Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V

General knowledge about Active Directory/LDAP user and group administration services
Strong communication and documentation skills,
Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, organized and have the ability to manage projects of varying length

Experience in global deployments and rollouts of new technologies
Knowledge and some experience in AI areas like machine learning, AI engineering, Data engineering/scientist
Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources
Key tasks
Lead the delivery of IT projects within the organization
Help develop and implement project plans, risk assessments and contingency plans
Develop system standards and recommend improvements to enhance performance
Define and document best practices and support procedures
Perform research, troubleshoot, and provide resolution to complex issues for new system technologies, on prem and cloud-based, in physical and virtual deployments.
Interact with staff and other peer groups at the technical level, as required
Assist with hardware, software, and vendor evaluation (if necessary)
