Salesforce Tester (Training Program)

We offer a fully paid, comprehensive 2–3-month onboarding and training program in software testing, with a focus on Salesforce-related projects. From day one, you’ll be part of our team—your first day of training is also your first official day of work.

Upon successful completion of the program, you’ll transition to working on internal projects and gain hands-on experience with real business cases.

Expectations:

• Very good command of English (minimum B2 level)

• Strong interest in software testing and professional development

• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Team player with strong communication skills

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

• Ability to search for and process information effectively

• Positive attitude and openness to feedback

• Open to hybrid work 3 days/week in our office in Lublin

Nice to have:

• ISTQB certification or currently enrolled in a course

• Basic knowledge of software testing principles

• Previous experience in software testing

Tasks:

• Executing manual tests

• Planning and documenting the testing process based on project requirements

• Identifying and reporting bugs

• Collaborating closely with business analysts, designers, and developers

• Supporting software verification and validation processes

• Contributing to the preparation of testing documentation
