React Developer with German

We are seeking for our client a highly skilled and experienced Senior React Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a proficient professional with a strong background in front-end technologies and a solid understanding of complex software development lifecycles.

Our expectations:

• Mandatory C1-level proficiency in both German and English.

• A formal qualification in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable IT-related field is a must.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within complex development projects.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with React and TypeScript/JavaScript.

• Proven experience in agile methodologies, having actively participated in at least two projects using Scrum or Kanban.

• Experience with testing software using Cypress.

• Practical experience with Tailwind or shadcn.

• Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines in a DevOps environment.

• Prior experience in projects related to public transport, fare management, or ticketing within the last three years.

• Experience in setting up digital distribution systems, such as online shops.

• Experience collaborating on projects with complex architectures (e.g., monorepo, white label apps, component libraries).

• Experience in creating designs using Figma.

• Hybrid work from our office 2-3 days per week.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the development of new features and applications using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.

• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in coding and architecture.

• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

• Actively participate in agile development processes (Scrum or Kanban).
