About the role
Join a project for a global leader in the e-mobility industry. You will work on developing a market-leading, comprehensive platform for electric vehicle (EV) charging and intelligent energy management. Our solution operates in over 28 countries and handles millions of transactions each month for nearly a million drivers. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the project at a key moment in its transformation from a monolithic system to a microservices architecture.
We’re looking for more than just a tester – we’re looking for someone who brings experience and proactivity to the team. You’ll be joining a dynamic environment where you’ll collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders. We expect you to be able to independently “connect the dots,” combine a broad business perspective with in-depth technical analysis, and take full ownership of product quality.
Our expectations
Minimum 3 years of experience in testing complex, multi-layered systems
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify root causes under time pressure
Proficiency in API (REST) testing
Experience with UAT testing or direct collaboration with end clients
Experience in UI testing
Knowledge of microservices architecture – you understand the specifics of testing distributed systems and the impact of changes in one microservice on other areas of the system
Strategic thinking – you can consciously create and develop test strategies, selecting appropriate methods and tools suited to the project context
Independence, proactivity, and excellent work organization – you take initiative
Very good command of English (minimum B2 level), both spoken and written
Nice to have
Experience with microservices architecture
Experience working in a Linux environment
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar)
ISTQB certification
Main responsibilities
Designing comprehensive test strategies based on business requirements analysis
Designing, creating, and maintaining End-to-End (E2E) test scenarios and cases for web and mobile applications
Performing API (REST) testing
Debugging using browser tools
Closely collaborating with business analysts, developers, and Product Managers to ensure quality at every stage
Identifying, thoroughly analyzing, and accurately reporting defects (including root cause analysis)
Actively contributing to the improvement of testing processes – your feedback and ideas are highly valued
Recommending product and user experience (UX) enhancements based on test results
