PMO Support Officer with SharePoint (EU public)

This time you have the chance to be part of a project related to the development, consulting and support of IT systems for Frontex. The European Border and Coast Guard Agency supports EU Member States and Schengen-associated countries in the management of the EU's external borders and the fight against cross-border crime.

Our expectations:

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineer level) or higher, preferably in IT or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of IT professional and project experience in a similar role

• Strong knowledge of SharePoint and SharePoint-specific tools

• Experience in preparing and maintaining system and project documentation

• Proficiency in MS Office, with basic knowledge of ICT concepts, data manipulation tools, and scripting

• Strong attention to detail, systematic approach, and service-oriented attitude focused on quality

• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level

  
  

Key tasks:

• Prepare, maintain, and distribute system and project documentation in line with applicable procedures and standards

• Register, manage, and archive formal documents in electronic document management systems

• Provide operational support to users of software systems, in accordance with established service guidelines

• Manage correspondence and ensure accurate record-keeping

• Produce reports and maintain databases based on paper and electronic sources

• Support system testing activities and ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of data in electronic repositories
