Mobile Device Management Architect is an expert in modern hybrid workplace approach,
accountable for the design and implementation of modern enterprise technology architecture
transformations focused on the end user environment.
The Mobile Device Management Architect uses modern methodologies and best practices to
manage current environment, including end user devices and end user device management
infrastructure (with focus on mobile devices, both iOS and Android)
Mobile Device Management Architect works closely with business stakeholders, local and global operation teams and Modern Endpoint Management Service Owner.
Person in this role ensures a clear and consistent technical strategy is applied, providing technical direction, maintaining operational integrity, and architectural governance on Digital Workplace solutions.
Our expectations:
- 5+ years’ experience in Modern Device Management design, with a referrable track record of leading architecture with an enterprise-wide footprint
- Diploma/Master’s degree in computer science (or related fields) is preferred
- Expert knowledge of Modern Device Management solutions (with focus on mobile devices), including but not limited to Microsoft Intune and JAMF with adjacent technologies, e.g.: Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise and Samsung KNOX
- Practice in device deployment including standard corporate configurations, applications and profiles, as well as device security (policies, patching, hotfixes)
- Experience in large-scale environments (10K+ users) including office and industrial workplaces
- Microsoft certification or strong experience working in a Microsoft environment (MCSE desktop/mobility, Microsoft 365 Expert Certifications preferred)
- Experienced in managing business and vendor relationships with global Workplace solution providers, including Apple, Samsung and their partners and resellers
- Team player with a high level of confidence and collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders & management to drive standardization and transformations in a complex, worldwide organization
Key Tasks:
- You own the technology strategies, principles, requirements, scope, design and implementation of end user device management transformations, desktop upgrades, standardizations, and rollout projects
- You analyze enterprise business strategies and market trends to determine their potential impact on the infrastructure architecture
- You participate in applying the digital workplace strategy which aligns with the overall infrastructure and business strategies
- You manage the deliverable documentation through all iterations of the projects and archives the final deliverables for potential future use
- You contribute to the creation and maintenance of digital workplace architecture artifacts
- You work with the Service Design team, 3rd party vendors and internal operations teams for solution design, implementation of projects, integrations, and optimizations
- You provide input to the technology purchases decision-making process,
- You lead technology products evaluation
