We are looking for a Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to join a project team delivering complex system implementations for our client in the e-commerce industry.
Our expectations:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in WMS implementations, particularly within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
At least one full-cycle implementation of D365F&O using Advanced Warehouse Management.
Experience with integrating D365F&O with other systems.
Proven track record in a consulting role, ideally as a lead consultant or project lead.
Experience in optimizing warehouse processes, both in terms of business operations and system performance.
In-depth knowledge of D365 modules related to warehouse, logistics, and operational processes.
Ability to configure and customize D365F&O.
Skills in process design, with a focus on high-performance operations.
Ability to plan implementations and break them down into structured phases.
Experience in managing projects from analysis to go-live and support.
Good command of English (minimum B2) – additional languages are a plus.
Hybrid work – 1 day per week in Warsaw.
On-call duties – on average 1 week per month.
Nice to have:
Experience in implementing the Production module in D365F&O.
Knowledge of financial functionalities in D365F&O.
Familiarity with JIRA and methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or project management.
Main responsibilities:
Leading implementation and development projects in the area of Warehouse Management (WMS) within D365F&O.
Analyzing clients’ logistics processes and identifying areas for improvement.
Configuring and customizing D365F&O based on business requirements.
Integrating D365F&O with other ERP/SAP systems.
Optimizing both performance and operational efficiency of the system.
Preparing project documentation and user manuals.
Conducting training sessions and providing post-go-live support.
Collaborating with project teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment between the system and business processes.
