Data Migration Architect

Expectations:

• Experience in data migration to CRM systems, including Salesforce

• Knowledge of Salesforce data model and migration tools (e.g. Data Loader, Bulk API)

• Ability to design and implement ETL processes using Talend

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project delivery as a developer, architect, or solution designer

• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server)

• Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity

• Experience working in project-based environments (Agile/Scrum) and collaborating with business teams

• English proficiency at minimum B2 level (written and spoken)

Key tasks:

• Designing and executing data migration processes to CRM systems, with a strong focus on the Salesforce platform.

• Analyzing and mapping source data to the Salesforce data model, taking into account its structure and limitations.

• Configuring and developing ETL processes using Talend tools (Data Integration / Talend Studio), including integration with various data sources.

• Participating in the full lifecycle of IT projects — from requirements analysis, solution architecture design, and implementation to testing and deployment.

• Collaborating with project and business teams to ensure solution quality and alignment with client requirements.

• Documenting migration and integration processes in accordance with established project standards.

• Actively supporting the identification of technical risks and proposing improvements to data migration and integration processes.
