Business - System Analyst (payments)

• Experience in the banking sector – must have!

• Experience in the payment cards sector - nice to have.

Our expectations

• Experience in independently conducting analytical tasks in projects within payment services, finance, or banking sectors

• Strong knowledge of the banking and/or financial industry

• Hands-on experience with data analysis and business process modeling

• Familiarity with business process modeling standards: BPMN, UML

• Very good command of English (minimum B2 level)

• Strong analytical thinking and quick learning abilities

• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate with various stakeholders

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, independence

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

• Commitment to a long-term, stable collaboration

Nice to have

• Experience in the payment cards sector

• Knowledge of mobile payment solutions and related topics

Main responsibilities

• Defining and aligning requirements with business owners and external vendors

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements

• Collaborating with developers and testers on application development and quality assurance

• Coordinating with vendors during the implementation process

• Supervising the delivery of functionalities

• Accepting functionalities, including testing

• Creating and maintaining project documentation
