Business - System Analyst (banking)

Our expectations

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an analytical role (system analyst experience is highly preferred)

• Experience in business process analysis and modeling (BPMN/UML)

• Creating and documenting functional and non-functional requirements

• Working in agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum)

• Knowledge of tools: Jira, Confluence, Enterprise Architect

• Ability to work with databases (SQL)

• Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, Angular or similar)

• Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs

• Strong communication skills, client orientation, ability to collaborate within a team

• Experience in banking or financial projects (e.g., loans, payments, current accounts, consumer finance)

Nice to have

• Knowledge of low-code platforms

• Familiarity with tools such as Camunda, Swagger/OpenAPI

• Analysis of user and business needs

• Creating functional and technical documentation

• Modeling business and system processes

• Collaboration with Product Owners, development teams, and UX designers

• Preparing and overseeing project specifications, system integrations, and testing
