Automation Tester

Our expectations:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of higher education

• ISTQB Advanced certification or 3 years of experience in test management

• Minimum of 5 years of IT-related professional experience

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in test automation

• Experience with testing using Azure Devops Test Plans

• Hands-on experience with coding in one of languages - Python, Java Script, Type Script, VBS

• Hands-on experience with Test Automation using Playwright or Selenium or Cypress

• Hands-on experience with creating SQL queries

• Expertise in software testing, including (Unit testing, Integration testing, Functional testing, Performance and stress testing, Acceptance testing, Regression testing)

• Expertise in designing test environments for complex systems

• Experience setting up test management tools for new projects

• Experience in producing test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test execution reports, and defect logs

• Experience leading testing activities in complex IT projects

• Practical knowledge of commonly used testing tools

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail with the ability to learn quickly

• Excellent communication and documentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Solid knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes and their integration with QA practices

• Proficiency in English (certification is an advantage)

Key tasks:

• Responsible for testing strategy and planning test activities

• Develops test plan, test cases and designs testing environment

• Implements, executes and debugs application test cases and scripts

• Validate and document completion of testing and Development

• Interprets test results, reports on test progress and issues

• Analyses functional and technical system design for testability

• Contributes to quality assurance in the project

• Documents tests and tracks defects

• Monitors test results, Analyses quality of the system and reports on status and trends

• Cooperates with analysis, architects Software Development and service desk teams
