As an Allocation Center Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing our specialists' allocation process. Your main objective will be to ensure efficient matching between specialists and project needs, while continuously developing and improving current allocations to meet current and future demands. You will play a key role in connecting our specialists with their project assignments, with a focus on their growth and satisfaction.
Our Expectation:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position related to customer service.
At least 1 year of experience working with international clients in the IT industry.
Experience in report creation using MS Excel.
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with an analytical approach to expressing and gathering information.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
High organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
Sense of responsibility, confidence in decision-making, and independence.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Polish and English (minimum B2 level).
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment under time pressure.
Flexibility, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Key Tasks:
Talent Allocation: The role involves managing and coordinating all requests, ensuring that the most suitable specialist is allocated to the most suitable projects and that deployment is done in an efficient manner.
Analyze: Checking employee skills and verifying CVs, including coordinating the submission of data and CV templates.
Process & System Administration: Ensure up-to-date information on employee project assignments within our system.
Interdepartmental Collaboration: Facilitate seamless communication and information flow between various departments, including Technology Managers, HR, Sales, and Delivery, to support project execution and business needs.
