IT Systems Administrator

🎯YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation, maintenance and management of production servers (Linux/Windows systems and applications configuration)

• Second line of support for problem solving service requests at Headquarters and in Stores

• Configuring IT devices (eg. APs, switches)

• Providing support in the preparation of IT and telecommunications systems in newly opened stores

💡WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Higher education or courses in a specific IT field or equivalent

• Good knowledge of systems Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 (services Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP) oraz Linux (Ubuntu, Red Hat, Rocky Linux)

• Knowledge of TCP/IP networks

• Basic knowledge of database management (MS SQL)

• At least B2 level of English & Polish

• Strong team cooperation skills, engagement in company’s life and development

• Creativity and independence in solving problems

• Experience in providing help-desk services

• Knowledge of scripting languages PowerShell, bash

• Advanced domain controller management

• Migrations of server environments performed

• Knowledge of Workspace ONE

• Knowledge of Zabbix

• Experience in using Jira & project management skills
