Lead Node.js Developer

✅ Your responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions.
• Contribute to system architecture and ensure high-performance applications.
• Lead technical discussions and drive best practices.
• Implement and maintain Open API standards for seamless integrations.
• Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices.
• Work with Express.js (or similar frameworks) and ORMs like Sequelize for efficient data management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor and lead other developers, fostering a strong engineering culture.

🧠 Our requirements:

• 6+ years of experience as a Node.js Developer (strong senior level, preferably with leadership experience).
• Proven experience in backend development, including API design and database management.
• Solid understanding of Express.js (or similar frameworks) and Sequelize ORM.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices (code reviews, CI/CD, testing).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with Open API standards.
• Leadership experience – mentoring developers or leading a team.
