Kotlin Backend Engineer

✅ Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing backend services from scratch

• Making technical decisions with a real impact on system architecture

• Developing scalable services used by tens of thousands of users

• Building distributed systems based on microservices and asynchronous communication

• Actively improving performance, reliability, and maintainability

• Writing and maintaining automated tests as a core part of development

• Using AI-assisted tools to speed up development and improve code quality

🧠 Required skills:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in backend development using Java or Kotlin

• Strong, hands-on Kotlin expertise

• Experience with Spring Boot or Ktor in production systems

• Solid knowledge of Spring Security

• Confidence working with Gradle using Kotlin DSL

• Experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL

• Good understanding of microservice architecture, messaging systems, and design patterns

• Daily use of testing frameworks such as JUnit or Kotest

• Openness to using AI tools as part of your development workflow
