Job Description

We are looking for a highly versatile SAP C4C Consultant to join our CRM team. This role is central to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation within our SAP Sales and Service Cloud (C4C) platform. Understands and configures standard sales and service processes but also possesses the hands-on development skills to build custom enhancements, extensions, and integrations using the SAP Cloud Applications Studio (SDK).

Key Responsibilities

Hybrid Solution Design & Implementation:

• Lead requirements gathering workshops and translate complex business needs into a comprehensive solution design that leverages a mix of standard configuration and custom development.

• Perform hands-on configuration of core SAP Sales Cloud (Leads, Opportunities, Accounts) and Service Cloud (Tickets, Installed Base) objects and processes.

• Identify solution gaps that require custom development and architect robust, scalable extensions using the SAP Cloud Applications Studio (SDK).

Technical Development & Enhancement:

• Develop, test, and deploy custom business logic, extensions, and new business objects using BODL, ABSL (Advanced Business Scripting Language), and Ruby scripting within the Cloud Applications Studio.

• Create custom UI screens, mashups, and embedded components to enhance the user experience and embed external applications or data.

• Build and extend C4C web services (OData/SOAP) to support custom integration scenarios not covered by standard middleware content.

Integration & Data Management:

• Collaborate with the integration team to design, configure, and troubleshoot both standard and custom integration flows between C4C and SAP S/4HANA using SAP Integration Suite (CPI).

• Develop custom data validation rules and business logic to ensure data integrity during synchronization.

• Manage complex data migration scenarios using the Data Workbench and, where necessary, custom data import solutions built via the SDK.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Design and build custom data sources, reports, and dashboards to provide stakeholders with unique business insights that are not available through standard reporting.

• Governance & Best Practices:

• Act as the subject matter expert for all technical aspects of the C4C platform, providing guidance on development best practices, performance optimization, and release management.

• Perform code reviews and ensure that all custom developments are documented, scalable, and aligned with SAP best practices.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience as an SAP C4C consultant in a role that required both functional configuration and technical development.
• Strong proficiency in configuring both SAP Sales Cloud and Service Cloud business processes.
• Demonstrable, hands-on development experience with the SAP Cloud Applications Studio (SDK/PDI), including a strong command of ABSL scripting.
• Experience in extending and creating custom OData/SOAP services within C4C.
• Solid understanding of the standard integration between C4C and SAP S/4HANA (or ECC).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to architect solutions that balance business needs with technical feasibility.
• SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP Cloud for Customer certification is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications
• Multiple full-cycle C4C implementations in a techno-functional capacity.
• SAP certification in both C4C (Sales or Service) and Development (e.g., for Cloud Applications Studio).
• Experience with front-end UI technologies (e.g., XML, JavaScript) for UI designer enhancements.
• Hands-on experience developing iFlows in SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
• A strong portfolio of custom solutions or enhancements built for the C4C platform.
• Hands-on experience in C4C Version 2.
