You provide technical Leadership and decision making within the potential ESM Platform development
You take over the functional leadership of the on- and offiste located Development Teams and ensure the usage of Development standards, Tools and Architecture
You establish and communicate on common Goals for development team
You act as a source of direction, training and guidance for your development team and communicate technical/strategic decisions actively
You ensure that system/platform improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency, evaluate alternative approaches in design of application landscape including assessment of risks and benefits.
Profile:
Several Years of Software Development experience, preferably on ServiceNow projects or comparable cloud platform projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience with a variety of common programming languages, in particular with ServiceNow relevant languages (Javascript, Angular, Bootstrap). Other languages like Java, C#, Python etc. are beneficial
Ideally experience in Front- as well as Backend Development
Deep understanding of modern software development and delivery techniques (CI/CD, Containerization and further)
Bachelor or Advanced Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
English B2.
