Product & Service consulting:

• Understanding Solution Manager´s requirements, matching them with our services;
• Answering technical and financial matters;
• Supporting in optimizations;
• Supporting in complaints, escalations and other quality issues;
• Gathering regular feedback for CXI of the whole tribe and deriving measures.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT Project Management or SAP Basis Operations;
• Degree in Engineering, Information Science or comparable subject area;
• Customer oriented, structured and proactive way of working;
• Openness to new topics and willingness to deal with new issues;
• Motivation to understand technical correlations of SAP Platform Operations;
• Excellent communication skills in English and German (beneficial).
