Job Description

We are implementing new WhereScape platform which will be used as Data Warehouse Automation tool @Bosch to leverage potentials in the data modelling of Enterprise Data Models (EDM) and faster development and provisioning of new models based on highly automated standard procedures.

Tasks:

• Being the Product Manager of the new IT Product (WhereScape), that will be used worldwide at Bosch;
• Managing and improving the Product over complete lifecycle;
• Managing the Product budget - planning necessary resources, forecasting financials and ensuring first in class quality/price relation;
• Requirement management - collecting business requirements from internal customers and deploying them considering feasibility, cost, potential reusability;
• Coordinating with both internal customers and external service providers;
• Creation of strategy for application functional and technical growth;
• Promoting the Product within the company.

Qualifications

Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in similar position as Product/Application Manager or IT Consultant.
• Knowledge of database technologies, data warehousing and ETL processes;
• Understanding of Data Vault methodology;
• Understanding of any Cloud Solution (for example Azure, AWS, GCP);
• Analytical skills for assessment of impact of requirements to IT solutions (e.g. efforts for implementation, potential issues and risks, impact of application landscape);
• Experience in identifying process improvements and coordinating their implementation;
• Good understanding of IT Product Lifecycle, business and IT processes;
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively;
• Fluent English verbal and written communication, German would be a plus.
