As a Project Manager you will join Core Mobile Team which is responsible for:
- Booksy Android & iOS mobile applications development for our merchants and improvements for service providers that are the Core of Booksy
- Taking care of Booksy apps quality
- Team priorities translation, release preparation
- Ownership for selected cross functional projects and features
- Collaboration with other product teams
Your responsibilities:
- Lead a full stack team of developers in Agile environment;
- Gather requirements and develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders;
- Prepare a detailed tasks for developers
- Measure project performance;
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
- Motivate and support the team in achieving set goals;
- Lead grooming and planning meetings with development team;
- Support in planning team tasks and solving product problems;
Our requirements:
- +3 years experience in project management, preferably in the product company or digital services industry. We're looking for someone on experienced junior/mid level
- Experience with mobile app projects is an additional value.
- Knowledge and experience of leading projects
- Experience in executing of a product vision
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Problem-solving and ownership skills
- Good knowledge of English in speaking and writing (min. B2).
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
- Technical background is appreciated
