Product Manager (Early Careers Programme) (m/f/d)
From empowering entrepreneurs to build successful businesses, to supporting their clients to arrange 'me time' moments, we’re in the business of elevating people - helping them to thrive and feel fantastic. Lifting others up can be hard, heavy work, and we passionately believe that the sense of purpose and personal satisfaction this brings are worth it.
What started in Poland is now an international, cloud-based marketplace that’s scaling rapidly. We bring independent business owners together with their customers on a product that connects creative communities and opens up worlds of opportunities.
For our providers, our products offer services for getting booked, paid, and building a loyal client base. For their clients, we’re where they can find their favourite spots, discover new businesses and book appointments in an instant.
Working in a rapidly growing and evolving company comes with its own set of opportunities and challenges. If you prefer a stable environment, with clear processes and structures then, we've got to be honest, you won't always find that here. However, if you're a driven self-starter, with initiative and the motivation to grow your career in an environment that's rapidly changing as we scale-up globally, then the chances are that you'll absolutely love it at Booksy.
About the Programme
Location: Anywhere in Poland. Seriously, anywhere.Program Start Date: September 2026
Let’s be real: You don’t need to move to Warsaw to build world-class tech, and you certainly don't need a specific diploma to prove you can. Whether you’re a fresh graduate, a career-switcher, or someone who taught themselves to code at night on YouTube - if you're at the very beginning of your professional journey with a maximum of a year of experience under your belt, this is for you.
Our Early Careers Programme is a 12-month adventure that’s 100% remote. We don’t care if you’re working from a tiny village in Podlasie, a mountain cabin, or your couch in the city. We know that bold talent doesn’t live in just one zip code. As long as you’re based in Poland and have a stable internet connection, you’re good to go. We’ve traded rigid hours for real flexibility. No performative presence. We trust you to show up for your team, deliver, and own your work - that's what matters.
Show up, learn fast, and own your progress. We'll back you all the way.

How AI helps us find great people
Think of our AI tool as a really smart assistant for our recruitment team. Its job? To help us move faster, stay consistent, and make sure no great candidates are overlooked. Every application goes through the same AI review to help us spot skills that match the role - but don’t worry, AI never makes the decisions. Real people do. Our recruiters and hiring managers handle every final call. And we regularly review how the tool is used to keep things fair, ethical, and compliant with data protection laws. Curious about how it works? You can always ask how AI was used in your application - it won’t affect your chances in any way.
If you have questions, just drop us a note - we’re happy to explain more.
Our Diversity and Inclusion Commitment:
We work in a highly creative and diverse industry so it goes without saying that we strive to create an inclusive environment for all. We welcome people from all backgrounds and are committed to fair consideration in our hiring process. If you have any accessibility needs or require reasonable adjustments during the interview process, please contact us at belonging@booksy.com, so we can best support you .
Kindly submit your application and CV in English to ensure it is successfully reviewed.
