Your responsibilities
- Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines;
- Gathering requirements and develop project scopes and objectives;
- Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects;
- Analyse the current set-up and propose best solutions, provide specific detail and set tasks for developers;
- Reporting and escalating to management as needed;
- Support the planning of team tasks and solving product problems;
- Conduct refinements, plannings, retrospective meetings with tech team
- Tracking project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals;
- Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques;
- Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs/scope for the project change.
Our requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a product company or digital services industry (ideally with some analytical experience);
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English B2 or higher);
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills;
- Preferred strong working knowledge one of the following - Jira/Trello/ Asana
- Ability to lead in a matrix environment, work with multiple teams and foster a creative and collaborative environment;
- Ability to set priorities and communicate them across the organisation;
- Technical knowledge
- Highly developed problem-solving abilities;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to present and defend your ideas to other key stakeholders;
- Ideal candidate has experience in Scrum Master Role.
