Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking a data engineer with passion for analytics and visualization who wants to contribute to cutting-edge motion capture and AI projects.

You'll be the bridge between our massive motion datasets and actionable insights, building the infrastructure that powers our AI-driven animation innovations.

Your Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining robust data pipelines to gather and process motion capture metadata and animation assets
• Analyzing data to provide insights, track anomalies, and recommend actions to enhance performance
• Creating and improving analytical tools to make data easily accessible for directors, animators, and technical teams
• Developing visualization solutions that translate complex motion data into clear, actionable insights

Requirements

• Proven experience in data engineering and analysis, ideally with machine learning applications
• Strong proficiency in Python for data processing and analysis
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases for data extraction and management
• Ability to design and manage data pipelines for smooth data flow
• Experience in building analytical toolsets and visualization dashboards
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn complex data into clear insights
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Fluent English (technical communication)

Nice to Have

• Experience with 3D animation processing and asset creation pipelines
• Background in gamedev or VFX industry
• Knowledge of motion capture technologies
