Mobile Developer (Tech Lead, Android, iOS)

Duration: Initial 3–6 months, with possibility of extension

We are looking for 3 Mobile Developers (including a Tech Lead) to join our team, who will be responsible for the reconstruction and customization of an existing whitelabel application for both iOS and Android platforms. We are looking for individuals who possess excellent technical skills and soft skills, and who are eager to work in an agile-focused team for an international client.

Positions in the Team:

• Tech Lead – Mobile Developer (iOS & Android): Responsible for leading the team, application architecture, and coordinating work on mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconstruction and customization of the whitelabel application for iOS and Android platforms.

• Design and implementation of new features for mobile applications.

• Ensuring the performance, stability, and scalability of the applications.

• Collaboration with the backend team to integrate with external services.

• Maintaining high code quality and focusing on testing (unit tests, UI tests).

• Close collaboration with the Product Owner and other team members using Agile methodology.

The Tech Lead will be responsible for the application architecture, managing the team, and overseeing the development processes.

Mobile Developer (iOS) – Requirements

Must have:

• Expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit.

• Experience in building and scaling mobile applications with MVVM, VIPER, or other architecture patterns.

• Familiarity with unit testing (XCTest), UI testing, and CI/CD pipeline automation.

• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integration with backend systems.

• Experience in Git and version control.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Objective-C (important for legacy code management).

• Experience with Push Notifications and Core Data.

• Knowledge of CloudKit and Core Animation.

Mobile Developer (Android) – Requirements

Must have:

• Expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack, Android SDK, Android Studio.

• Experience with dependency injection frameworks (e.g., Dagger, Hilt).

• Familiarity with unit testing using JUnit and integration testing using Espresso.

• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating Android applications with backend systems.

• Experience with Git and version control.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Java for managing legacy Android code.

• Experience with Firebase Cloud Messaging and Push Notifications.

Tech Lead – Mobile Developer (iOS & Android) – Requirements

Must have:

• Strong experience in leading mobile development teams, with a focus on iOS and Android.

• Expertise in iOS (Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit) or Android (Kotlin, Java).

• Deep knowledge of mobile architecture patterns, such as MVVM, VIPER, MVP, and Clean Architecture.

• Ability to manage the architecture of mobile applications, ensuring scalability and maintainability.

• Familiarity with both iOS and Android development processes and tools.

• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and automating mobile app testing processes.

• Ability to mentor junior developers and manage team processes.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Nice to have:

• Expertise in managing legacy code (Objective-C for iOS, Java for Android).

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Firebase.

• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices for mobile app design.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum processes.

• Fluency in English (B2 or higher).
