Mid Manual Tester

ABOUT THIS TEAM

Our QA team comprises ten professionals, including a team leader, six manual testers, and three test automation engineers. We are looking forward to welcoming you. Each QA chapter, consisting of three manual testers, collaborates with one development team. Our processes are Agile-based, utilizing one-week sprints to enhance efficiency. We align our efforts with individual Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) each quarter for clear direction and progress tracking.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• 3+ years of experience as Manual Tester.
• Great knowledge of testing processes and testing theory.
• Sense of aesthetics, pixel-perfect approach, strive for consistency both in UI/UX.
• Strong understanding of cross-browser support and performance best practices.
• Very strong learning capabilities, self-driven approach, and high autonomy in assigned tasks.
• Good Polish and English skills in both speaking and writing.
• Have worked with Atlassian software (Jira, Confluence & Bitbucket).
• Experience with Test Management tools (Zephyr, TestLink, etc.).

WHAT’S GOOD TO HAVE:

• Experience of testing software based on Astro, React, and TypeScript is a plus.
• Experience of mobile testing / responsive apps is a plus.
• Basic understanding of SEO
• Knowledge of SEO tools like ScreamingFrog
• ISTQB foundation certification is a plus.
• Are experienced in working in an Agile environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Providing support in testing of websites for various brands (e.g. InterviewMe.pl, Zety.com, ResumeLab.com, LiveCareer).
• Testing SEO features of websites.
• Testing new CMS features.
• Test cases & test plan implementation
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA
• Research and implementation of new technologies/testing approaches.
• Participation in dailies, plannings, retrospectives & refinements.

• JIRA, BrowserStack
• Playwright, VisualRegression - developed by our automation team
