IT project coordinator with Chinese

Your responsibilities:

• Coordination of assigned IT projects.

• Ongoing contact with the partner, reporting about the status of the project.

• Close collaboration with software engineers and development teams, product managers and other relevant actors in order to maintain project alignment.

• Analysis of business requirements, writing user stories & functional/technical specifications.

• Identifying and resolving project issues, managing change in priorities/requirements

• Maintaining project reporting and documentation. 

• Ensuring effective communication, scheduling meetings, recording and tracking important decisions, writing meeting notes in Chinese & English 

• Facilitating technical work sessions in Chinese & English, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

• Translating technical elements related to software design, details on implementation… etc.

• Identifying communication gaps and proactively recommend improvement.

• Fluency in both English and Chinese 

• Studies (minimum first cycle) in IT, software engineering or related fields.

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) web application design & architecture, 

• Understanding of code repositories, ability to coordinate knowledge transfer process, including technical specifications, deployment procedures and related documentation 

• Experience in software development, business analysis, IT project coordination or similar roles.

Optional:

• Experience in Intellectual Property management or technology transfer projects.

• Knowledge of Polish language

• Knowledge of financial products, familiarity with banking sector.

• Experience working in international distributed teams.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies.

• Experience with collaboration tools such as Jira, confluence, Git, or similar platforms.
