Senior Mobile Developer with .NET experience (Warsaw)

A leading logistics and storage company is seeking a Senior Mobile Developer / .NET Technical Lead to own and deliver a major mobile-first technology platform.

This hands-on leadership role will drive the development of a secure customer mobile app integrated with operational systems, access control, payments, reporting, and a .NET-based backend platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of the mobile application

• Build secure features including authentication, biometrics, permissions, push notifications, and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)

• Integrate mobile, web, CRM/CMS, payment, reporting, and operational systems

• Design APIs and help shape .NET/C# backend architecture

• Define technical standards, documentation, and delivery processes

• Work directly with the CEO and leadership team

• Help build and lead the engineering team as the platform grows

Requirements:

• Mobile Experience. (Important)

• Strong commercial experience developing and shipping mobile applications

• Experience with mobile security, biometrics, push notifications, BLE, and API-driven architectures

• Solid .NET/C# backend understanding

• Experience integrating third-party systems and operational platforms

• Knowledge of CRM, CMS, ERP, payments, reporting, and cloud infrastructure

• Strong ownership, documentation, and security mindset

• English or Polish Language Spoken.

Nice to Have:

• Umbraco or similar CRM/CMS platforms

• Access control or hardware integrations

• Logistics, storage, facilities, or operational technology experience

• Previous technical leadership or architecture ownership
