    Job description

Join us on our digital transformation journey!

Blue Water Shipping, founded in Denmark in 1972, is a global logistics provider with a strong focus on innovation and digital growth. Over the past three years, we’ve launched a major digital transformation program, placing customer experience and technology at the heart of our development strategy. Now, as we grow our presence in Poland, we’re looking for a talented Power Platform Developer to strengthen our Digital Solutions team.

    About the Role

We are seeking a Power Platform Developer to join our Digital Solutions Team, which plays a pivotal role in our product development for Microsoft Dynamics 365. As a Power Platform Developer, you will play a key role in building solutions on Microsoft’s D365 ecosystem with a focus on model-driven apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate. You'll be part of a team responsible for developing and integrating business-critical solutions connected with Microsoft Dynamics 365. We’re looking for someone with practical experience, autonomy, and strong communication skills — someone who enjoys collaborating with the business, shaping the requirements together, and not just executing predefined tasks.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, build, and maintain solutions using Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate.
    • Support and maintain user and environment administration, including role-based security and access management across multiple environments.
    • Collaborate with business users to understand needs, explain technical possibilities, and co-create automation solutions.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Power Platform applications and integrations.
    • Participate in agile ceremonies and work closely with cross-functional teams.
    • Provide technical mentorship, share Power Platform knowledge and drive best practices across the team.
    • Contribute to platform governance and best practices.

    Your Background

    Required Qualifications:

    • 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
    • Proven experience with Model-Driven Apps and Dataverse (including relational schema design).
    • Experience with user administration, role-based security, and managing multiple environments.
    • Experience with Power Automate for automation of business processes.
    • Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile development methodologies.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — ability to collaborate directly with business users who may not be technically oriented.
    • Team player attitude and willingness to take ownership — we value people who go beyond the “give me a task” mindset.
    • Openness to learning and working with other technologies beyond the current stack, in line with the long-term evolution of our product scope

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience with Canvas Apps and Power Pages (Portals).
    • Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and related business processes.
    • Exposure to Azure services, especially Azure Functions, App Insights, Blob Storage, and Key Vault.
    • Familiarity with Active Directory and integration via REST services.
    • Willingness to learn C# programming language.

    What We Offer

    • Private medical care (Medicover)
    • Flexible hybrid work model: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
    • Multisport card (FitProfit)
    • Annual training and conference budget
    • Increased tax-deductible costs for creative work
    • Christmas gifts
    • Friendly, open-minded work culture grounded in strong family values
    • Social events and team-building activities (local and global)

    Practical Info

    • This role is based in our Gdańsk office.
    • Occasional travel may be required to our headquarters in Esbjerg, Denmark, or to Warsaw.
    • You’ll be joining a team focused on developing and integrating solutions for Microsoft D365.

If you're ready to make an impact in a global company with strong digital ambitions, we’d love to hear from you!
