Position Overview
We are looking for a Power Platform Administrator to join our Digital Platform Team, where you will play a critical role in maintaining, governing, and optimizing our Microsoft Power Platform environment. In this role, you will ensure that our solutions: including model-driven apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse integrations, are compliant with organizational standards and aligned with best practices.
You will be responsible for managing the environment, enforcing data loss prevention policies, and supporting governance frameworks that enable secure and scalable development. While your primary focus will be on administration, your understanding of Power Platform development will help you collaborate effectively with developers and business stakeholders to bridge the gap between technical governance and practical implementation.

Responsibilities:
Ensure best security practices in new and existing solutions.
Define and govern application environments strategy.
Govern accesses and roles, using least privilege and least cost principle.
Cooperate with product teams to define rules and guardrails for Power Applications development.
Work closely together with Enterprise Architects, License manager and IT Security.
Create processes related to Administration of users and licenses.
Govern Dataverse capacity.
Proactively cooperate with relevant stakeholders on the FinOps topics and spending forecasts.
Govern Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE), share Power Platform knowledge and drive best practices across teams.
Your background:
Strong understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem.
Proven experience with Power Platform administration.
Minimum 5 years of experience with development and configuration of Power Platform and Dynamics solutions.
Familiar with shipping industry or related business domain.
Strong communications skills, esp. English (both oral and written).
Self-driven.
Knowledge of Azure and C# .NET development is a plus.
Knowledge of Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE).
Preferably a few certifications in Power Platform or Dynamics. (ie. PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, MB-500, MB-700).
Familiar within Dynamics 365 CRM.

Practical Details
Blue Water Shipping is headquartered in Esbjerg Denmark and our IT development teams are in Esbjerg and Gdansk. The role is a hybrid work, primarily on-site - 3 days per week at our office at Aleja Grunwaldzka 472B (Olivia Four building), Gdansk, Poland (with occasional travel to Esbjerg, Denmark or Warsaw).
