Your Role

As a Java Developer, you’ll build reliable backend services for enterprise clients across finance, banking, and large-scale software systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services with *Spring Framework**

• Design secure REST APIs and microservices

• Optimize databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)

• Collaborate with DevOps and frontend teams to deliver complete systems

Requirements

• Strong skills in *Java 11+ and Spring Framework**

• Solid database knowledge (SQL and/or NoSQL) including deep understanding of *Hibernate ORM** and its mechanisms

• Proficiency with modern AI-based development tools (e.g., *ChatGPT**, Claude, Cursor, Grok) and ability to use them effectively in software engineering tasks.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Gradle, Git, Agile development

• English at least *B2 level**

• Ability to work 100% onsite from our office near Metro Plac Wilsona, Warsaw

Nice-to-have

• Event-driven architecture (Kafka)

• Cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, Azure)

  
  

Rates (B2B/Freelance)

• Mid: 90 - 130 PLN/h

• Senior: 120 - 180 PLN/h

Recruitment Process
