Join us if you have:
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
- very good command of English (at least C1 level)
- experience in running projects in Scrum methodologies
- very good analytical leadership skills
- strong communication and negotiations skills
Nice to have:
- project management certifications are welcome (PSM II, KMP I)
- previous experience in the use of JIRA and Confluence
Responsibilities will include:
- end to end IT project management lifecycle coordination
- creating estimations of projects for potential and current clients with the team members
- supervising if the product is in accordance with business requirements
- analyzing results and looking for the areas of improvement
- support the teams, Product Owners and the whole organization on Agile practices
