We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Engineer who will join a project for our client in the travel technology industry.
To ensure strong collaboration with on-site functional experts and customer care, the team operates in a 50/50 hybrid model (Warsaw).
What you will do:
Participate in QA forums and contribute to methodology, framework, and tooling evolution.
Define and execute test standards for complex, cross-functional solutions.
Apply QA methodologies: test planning, design, execution, and reporting.
Manage defects, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
Design and improve scalable test automation frameworks (Selenium, Selenium Grid).
Perform code reviews and ensure automation best practices.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
Maintain high-quality standards and define relevant KPIs.
Promote and optimize testing tools and environments.
Support environmental impact measurement and reduction in QA activities.
What we are looking for:
Strong proficiency in Java programming, including solid knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Expert-level experience with Selenium and Selenium Grid, including advanced test automation capabilities.
Expertise in QA tools, test environments, and modern test automation frameworks/solutions.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins) to streamline testing and deployment processes.
Strong cloud experience, ideally with Microsoft Azure or other major cloud platforms.
Proficiency in English.
