Join us to shape the future of technology together!Location: WrocławWork model: HybridWe are looking for an experienced Data Architect specializing in Microsoft Azure with a strong understanding of the Azure Analytics and Data platform ecosystem. The role requires both strategic architecture leadership and hands-on technical expertise to support the development and management of modern data products.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and experience working in complex, international environments. You should be comfortable collaborating with distributed teams and stakeholders, while designing and implementing robust, scalable data solutions.

This role also requires a coaching mindset, sharing knowledge and helping data teams continuously improve their capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance across the full data lifecycle.
• Design and implement scalable end-to-end data architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
• Work closely with multiple product and development teams to support the delivery of data products.
• Participate in development activities and contribute hands-on when required.
• Lead and support architecture governance, documentation, and best practices.
• Collaborate with teams across areas such as security, compliance, privacy, risk, operations, and support.
• Ensure data solutions meet business requirements, performance expectations, and security standards.
• Design, document, and maintain logical and physical data models.
• Contribute to data governance frameworks, including:
• Data quality
• Metadata management
• Master data management
• Data security
• Support and mentor team members by sharing knowledge and promoting best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Data Architect, Data Engineer, or Analytics Engineer.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure data services, such as:
• Azure Databricks
• Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS)
• Azure SQL Database
• Solid programming experience with Python and/or Apache Spark.
• Experience in at least one of the following areas:
• Analytics & BI development
• Data engineering
• Data analysis
• Data platform administration
• Experience designing enterprise-scale data architectures aligned with industry standards.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling (logical and physical).
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar).
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with:
• Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Power BI
• Angular
• Experience with large-scale distributed data platforms.
• Experience working in international or multi-team environments.
