About the Client

Our client is a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, dedicated to advancing R&D excellence and strategic portfolio planning. This project focuses on enhancing Business Insights capabilities through cutting-edge data visualization and analytics solutions.

What you will do:

• Develop and optimize Tableau dashboards and reports

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams in an Agile environment, ensuring solutions align with business needs. 

• Integrate and analyze large-scale datasets using Snowflake and other data sources.

• Implement best practices for data visualization, performance optimization, and dashboard scalability.

• Optionally, utilize ThoughtSpot to enhance self-service analytics capabilities and empower business users.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a Senior Tableau Developer, with a strong background in data visualization within the pharmaceutical sector.

• Expertise in Tableau, including advanced calculations, performance tuning, and UI/UX best practices.

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake for data modeling, transformation, and integration.

• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within Agile teams and communicate with business stakeholders.

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive and insightful visual analytics solutions.
