Senior Business-System Analyst

About the Client

Our client is a leading organization in the banking sector, delivering modern digital solutions and complex enterprise systems. You will join a team responsible for analyzing business needs, designing system solutions, and supporting the development of scalable banking applications.

What you will do

• Cooperate with business departments to analyze needs, gather requirements, and independently manage analytical workstreams
• Design functional and system solutions, including business processes, user interface mockups, and business rules
• Prepare system analysis documentation and support technical solution design in cooperation with development teams
• Analyze and design integrations based on modern enterprise architecture patterns
• Support users during testing phases and coordinate implementation activities
• Work closely with Developers, Testers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment

What we are looking for

• Minimum 8 years of experience in system analysis, including translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Strong experience in functional requirements analysis and cooperation with business stakeholders
• Very good understanding of integration concepts (SOA, Web Services, REST) and tools such as SOAP UI or Postman
• Experience designing solutions based on microservices architecture
• Ability to document REST services using Swagger / YAML
• Very good knowledge of UML and experience with CASE tools (preferably Enterprise Architect)
• Good knowledge of SQL and distributed IT systems architecture
• English level B2 or higher and fluent Polish

Nice to have

• Experience working in the banking sector
• Experience with credit processes or credit-related systems
• Higher education degree in IT or related field

• Ability to independently lead analytical topics and coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and experience facilitating workshops
• Ability to challenge business requirements and propose alternative solutions
• Analytical mindset and ability to work effectively with documentation
• Willingness to share knowledge and support team development
• Strong ownership, organization skills, and focus on quality delivery
