What you will do

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and JavaScript.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Design scalable, maintainable Salesforce architectures and ensure best practices are followed.

• Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems through APIs.

• Work in a collaborative environment, participating in code reviews, mentoring juniors, and driving continuous improvement.

What we are looking for

• 2-5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, JavaScript, and Salesforce integrations.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, customization, and DevOps practices (including CI/CD pipelines).

• Excellent communication skills and very good English (B2+).

• Team player attitude, with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications, ideally Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.

• Knowledge of Pardot and CPQ modules.

• Experience mentoring junior developers.

• Design and requirement gathering skills for sales/service clouds.
