Product Owner
Your Role:
- Take the lead of Product/Project development as Product Owner,
- Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities,
- Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and creating requirements,
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy,
- Lead the planning product release plans and set expectations for new functionalities delivery,
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product,
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories,
- Ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all and the development team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed,
- Effectively collaborates with product end-users in order to deliver the highest value,
- Works with Delivery Manager on any product-related issues,
- Responsible for Risk Management related to product and escalation of risks to DM,
- Responsible for Product/ Project budgeting. Knows how to manage & track product budget,
- Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.
