About the role

For one of our automotive clients, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing,  deploying, managing, and optimizing container orchestration platforms to support scalable, secure, and resilient microservices-based architectures.

📍 Work setup & location

This is a hybrid role based in Wrocław.You can expect an intensive onboarding period at the beginning - during this time the client requires on-site presence at least 3 days a week. Later, the setup becomes more flexible, depending on project dynamics and agreement with the Manager.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift (self-managed or OpenShift Dedicated)

• Proficiency with AWS ECS and EKS, and familiarity with Azure AKS

• Strong knowledge of Linux systems and containerization (Docker)

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible)

• Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and tools like ArgoCD and Flux

• Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture, controllers, CRDs, and Operators

• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, Go)

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
