More about us

Billennium is a global technology company with over 20 years of experience, committed to innovation and empowering businesses. As an employer, we offer a supportive, growth-focused environment where collaboration and creativity thrive. Join us to shape the future of technology together!

Your mission:

As an AI Security Engineer, you'll be part of a cross-functional team responsible for building and securing AI infrastructure and solutions — both on-premises and in the public cloud. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the security and compliance of AI systems, while supporting the organization in the safe and responsible adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Secure AI/ML systems across the lifecycle — from development to deployment

  • Identify, assess, and monitor risks related to AI systems (e.g. hallucinations, adversarial attacks, data leakage)

  • Define and implement security policies in line with industry standards (ISO 27001, DORA, GDPR)

  • Manage identities and access in AI environments (IAM, RBAC, Zero Trust)

  • Conduct architecture reviews to ensure compliance and risk mitigation

  • Collaborate closely with AI architects, data engineers, and DevSecOps teams

  • Help design secure AI sandboxes and test environments with proper data and access controls

  • Monitor AI systems for anomalies, breaches, or misconfigurations that may affect performance or security

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on securing modern IT or AI/ML environments

  • Solid knowledge of security standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP for AI, DORA)

  • Hands-on experience with IAM, encryption, logging, and cloud security controls (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and architecture teams

  • Familiarity with AI-related privacy issues (e.g., data anonymization, differential privacy, model leakage)

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive security mindset

Nice to Have:

  • Experience securing LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI agents, or conversational AI systems

  • Familiarity with ML model deployment pipelines (MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI)

  • Relevant certifications (CISSP, CCSP, Azure/AWS/GCP Security)

  • Experience auditing or testing AI systems for security, bias, and compliance
