About the Client

The project is based within our client – a major player in the financial services sector, undergoing a strategic AI transformation. Their vision involves the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions across core business areas, with a strong focus on security, scalability, and innovation.

What you will do

• Design and develop backend components of AI-driven applications in a containerized environment (on-premise & Azure)

• Build scalable and secure microservices integrating with enterprise systems and data platforms (Oracle, Cosmos DB, SQL)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize AI models using CI/CD pipelines, fine-tuning, and performance monitoring

• Create and support AI experimentation environments (sandbox) and production deployments of AI models, including LLMs and RAG-based systems

• Participate in prototyping and implementing innovative AI solutions, such as conversational agents and intelligent automation

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of experience as a Java Developer with strong Spring Boot skills and familiarity with microservice architecture

• Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Tanzu) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins or Bamboo)

• Solid knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, messaging systems (JMS and/or Kafka), and version control workflows

• Exposure to AI/ML environments, including model deployment, monitoring, and backend integration

• Familiarity with Azure cloud services and best practices for secure and scalable application design
