We are looking for Senior UX Designer to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate will possess a skill set that encompasses UX, product design, visual design, research, and the ability to carry out implementation with our global development team in a fast-paced Agile shipping environment. The ideal candidate should have varied experience that includes being able to take concepts from low-fidelity wireframes, through to hi-fidelity design prototypes and shipped to customers with data driven insights. The focus of the role will be to partner with Product and Engineering Teams and other stakeholders in strategizing and developing the next generation of both our core suite of software as well as mobile app development to the market.

🚀 Your mission:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product team, stakeholders and engineers
• Deliver UX flows, Information Architecture (IA) maps, and storyboards across low-fidelity and high-fidelity screens with clear storytelling on UX functionality
• Present presentations and flows to internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct Quantitative and Qualitative Research studies with BigTime customers
• Ensure design consistency across the BigTime product suite - including web and mobile applications
• Identify and troubleshoot current UX pain-points 
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback - interviews, surveys, data, etc.
• Strong Proficiency in creating and maintaining design systems and variants
• Work closely with developers to implement intuitive, user-friendly designs
• Ensure alignment of business goals with a superior end-user experience
• Proactively identify areas of improvement and potential future product enhancements
• Inspire the team - stay up to date with new UX trends, mobile/web technologies, design tools

💼 Who You Are:

• 5+ years of proven work experience as a UX or Product Designer or similar role
• Skilled in UX/UI design - Wireframes, Low-fidelity flows, prototyping, customer journeys, rapid iteration, design systems, develop to high fidelity
• Understanding of design feasibility, development constraints, and ability to problem-solve alongside engineers
• Detail oriented with a high quality bar
• Conducted user research and testing with customers
• Expert in standard design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Technical acumen and ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless design handoff and implementation
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders globally across time zones
• Excellent time-management skills
• English level must be C1 
• Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Passionate about users, world-class design, and high-quality work
• Experience designing experiences across Web and Mobile platforms

Nice to have:

• Experience delivering projects for Financial/Project Management SaaS applications
