BigTime is looking for a Senior Python Developer to join a team in Wrocław building the future of AI-powered software in our organization.

You will collaborate extensively to design, build, and test functionality in our award-winning, cloud-based system. This is an exciting opportunity to work side-by-side with a team of talented individuals on our Engineering team. The right candidate will be passionate about development and able to solve difficult technical problems in a fast-paced, agile environment.

What You’ll Do

• Drive architecture and delivery for AI-powered systems

• Develop our web application currently written in Python with the flavor of other supporting languages, tools, and frameworks

• Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams

AI & Platform Development

• Build AI and agentic workflows using LLMs, MCP and A2A

• Design scalable, secure and observable AI services

• Explore new AI technologies and bring ideas into production

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of software engineering experience

• Proven experience as a Python Developer

• Strong experience with distributed systems and SaaS applications

• Hands-on experience with modern backend technologies and cloud platforms

• Experience with AI/LLM systems or strong interest in agentic AI

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
