As a Mid Software Engineer at BigPicture you will be directly working with highly professional software engineers and be involved in solving real-world problems. We will give you plenty of opportunities and tools to find your way to seniority. At the same time, we hope you’ll be actively engaged in supporting the growth of other team members.
As a Mid Software Engineer you’ll be responsible for:
- Developing new microservices that solve complex engineering problems
- Automating procedures
- Providing complete solutions that integrate with our infrastructure
- Working on the reliability of our internal systems to ensure maximum availability
- Helping the company to keep up with the latest technologies
We are looking for a person who:
- Has +2 years of experience working in a similar position
- Has solid knowledge about Linux and the shell
- Has solid programming and problem-solving skills
- Has knowledge of algorithms and data structures
- Is experienced in:
- Java
- Docker
- Cloud Providers (One of AWS, GCP)
- Linux
- Relational databases
- Is a team player with good communication skills, and is ready to quickly learn from others
- Knows English on a level that allows for everyday communication – your future Team Leader speaks English so a B2 is a minimum :)
