Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment;
• Knowledge of financial markets, instruments and stock exchanges;
• Willingness to learn and explore new areas;
• Analytical thinking, problem solving skills and proactive approach;
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding, and service-oriented environment;
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

How our recruitment process looks like:

1. You will receive a questionnaire with a couple of basic questions to answer. Please check your mailbox and spam folder, it should arrive within a couple of days after your application. 
2. Short phone interview (approximately 30 minutes) - selected candidates from step 1.
3. Office interview with our Team Leaders ( around 1 hour) - selected candidates from step 2.
