What will be your goal?
To guide teams and the organization to find the best ways to deliver the highest value for the customer.
What challenge can you expect?
You will take care of two teams. In the form of active feedback, you will direct teams to choose a suitable way of working. You will help them to see if something is holding them back when delivering value to the customer.
Further you will:
- help team members to understand Agile values and adapt them to their daily routine
- be part of the Agile transformation together with Scrum Masters’ team
- work on the development of teams and individuals and help them shape their soft and communication skills
- ensure that the Product Owner knows how to manage the Product Backlog and other PO duties to maximize the value delivered by the development team
- help everyone understand advantages of the incremental approach of software development
- mediate potential misunderstandings and calm down emotions if needed
- share and gain experience with other Scrum Masters
- facilitate team meetings
You must have:
- Few-years experience as Scrum Master. PSM / CSM certification or equivalent will be appreciated.
- Understanding what a truly Agile approach to software development is.
- Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
- Strong facilitation skills.
- The ability to guide people towards an agile mindset.
- Communicative level of English
Nice to have:
- Leading people in a servant leadership way.
- Knowledge of software development (programming, testing, release management, etc.)
- Knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence and Miro etc.
