DevSecOps or DevOps Engineer - Cloud Security

For our client we are looking for Internal DevSecOps or DevOps Engineer - Cloud Security.

Client is the emerging leader in the $100B+ cloud communications platform market. Customers like Airbnb, Viber, Whatsapp, Snapchat, and many others depend on client's APIs and SDKs to connect with their customers all over the world.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy, manage and improve Vonage internal container registry

• Build automations around detecting, patching and preventing security vulnerabilities in the whole cloud platform

• Assist in risk assessments and audits

• Create solutions for resource isolation, multi-tenancy and RBAC

• Provide documentation, coaching and trainings for long-term improvements in the security culture

Required skills:

• At least 6 years of professional experience as a DevOps/SRE in public cloud environment

• Experience running security-related projects in public cloud and k8s environment

• Experience deploying and managing container registries, preferably Harbor

• Experience in managing security aspect of container ecosystem, including lifecycle management

• Working experience with distributed k8s environments (10+ production clusters)

• Strong familiarity with AWS, especially at the networking area

• Experience improving container-related performance, security and risk management in the entire SDLC

Nice to have:

• CKS certification

• AWS certification

• Working experience working with Crossplane
