The success of every Jamstack project we have depends on the team effort.
We work in a structure called tribes. Every tribe consists of a few developers, QA Specialist, HR Partner, Tribe Chief (technical lead and manager of the tribe) and Project Manager. One tribe usually takes care of around 5-8 projects at the same time.
We're looking for a Project Manager to join the existing tribe with portfolio of projects to take over, coordinate, provide with business values to our clients and the team.

Your profile:
- At least 2 years of proven commercial experience in managing IT projects (preferably web development)
- Advanced (min.C1) written and spoken English to be able to communicate smoothly with the clients and the rest of the team
- Experience of working on a few projects simultaneously
- In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Exceptional client-facing as well as internal communication skills - ability to build relationships, to listen actively, to take care of the efficient information flow, to give and receive feedback etc.
- Ability to lead the team, to engage and motivate the team members
- Ability to understand customers’ points of view and translate his requirements into user stories, tasks, and timelines
- Experience in risk-management
- Strong attention to detail as well as adherence to set deadlines
- Ability to set priorities
- Experience of working in Kanban and Scrum development processes
- Experience of working with Jira
Nice to have:
- Technical background
- Experience of working with project management metrics
- Agile PM Certificate or similar
Responsibilities:
- Managing web development projects for marketing and e-commerce, for new and existing products
- Building and managing relations with clients and internal stakeholders, partnering up with Tribe Chief
- Working with remote, international teams
- Monitoring and control of deadlines, scope, and budgets if applicable
- Reporting project status to the delivery team
- Implementing process improvements with peer project managers in the delivery team
