We belong to Vienna Insurance Group, the leading insurance corporate group in Central-Eastern Europe. Do you know Compensa, our major company in Poland?
In 2019 VIG decided to revolutionize the insurance market in Europe and create one of the most innovative insurance companies in Central Eastern Europe. We felt proud that it was Poland to start the revolution!
And only a few months later… our dream came true. A group of digital enthusiasts started a quite intensive journey… to go live in September 2020.
Since then, we have developed a lot. We have an idea, plan, financing from the Group. Now we employ over 100 people! Some work from our office in Warsaw, some - remotely. We do our best to be as elastic as possible.

What will be your daily duties:
- Leading two Scrum Teams (from one to three in some specific circumstances)
- Facilitating implementation of Scrum framework in young and quickly growing organization
- Supporting both Scrum teams and business stakeholders in adapting to agile methodology, Scrum framework as well as agile methods of estimating, documentation, risk management etc.
- Co-creating and supporting scaled agile framework for BeeSafe with other Scrum Masters
What you need to start the adventure with us:
- Two years experience as Scrum Master*
- Experience with at least 2 different Scrum teams
- Experience with Jira and Confluence tools
*at least one as Scrum Master if you have at least one year of previous experience as Project Manager (agile or waterfall) or part of a Scrum team.
Nice to have:
- Experience with organization with scale (not necessarily any particular scaled framework)
- Experience in conducting internal workshops/trainings about Agile or Scrum for either development teams or business stakeholders
