We belong to Vienna Insurance Group, the leading insurance corporate group in Central-Eastern Europe. Do you know Compensa, our major company in Poland?
In 2019 VIG decided to revolutionize the insurance market in Europe and create one of the most innovative insurance companies in Central Eastern Europe. We felt proud that it was Poland to start the revolution!

How can you grow with us?
- You’ll be leading and facilitating Agile teams of business-focused Data Engineers, Data Analysts and Data Scientist to drive one of the most exciting and unique products on the Polish Insurance market
- You’ll be responsible for product strategy and future roadmap definition
Apply if you have:
- 5+ years of applicable project management roles with an experience in a finance, e-commerce
- Experience with data-driven decision making and problem solving
- Experience working in highly cross-functional environments in leadership roles
- Insurance business, processes and data knowledge will be advantage
- Experience in CRM, campaign management, BI, advance analytics will be advantage
- Ability to understand and prioritise user & business requirements to technical requirements and vice versa
- Strong sense of ownership and desire to drive results
- Ability to synthesize information to provide summarized recommendations
- High-level knowledge about current technologies supporting big data & analytics will be advantage
- Highly developed listening & negotiating skills to find compromises and trade-offs, maximizing delivered value
